Welcome to Adelaide - and the Rain?

Well, we arrived safe and sound here in Adelaide - and it has been pretty much been raining non stop since we got here! And proper West Coast BC rain as well! We are taking it as a good sign.

"South Australia has had one of its best overnight downpours for the year.

There has been 18 millimetres of rain at Coles Point on the SA west coast overnight.

There were falls of up to 15 millimetres in the south-east and mid north and Adelaide received 14 millimetres.

The State Emergency Service has responded to call-outs for minor flooding and there are reports of trees down in the Adelaide Hills.

By late morning, Adelaide had recorded more than 20 millimetres of rain"

Anyway, enough about the weather, our rental apartment is close to town centre (10min walk to tram, then 20mins on the tram), and there is a large coles (supermarket) and Kmart just around the corner from our place - so far so good!

I'm now preparing for my interviews with the agency tommorrow - last minute updates to the CV ahead of time.
